Our refund policy applies to all design services offered through Moodgrafix.com. Due to the
nature of digital design services, refunds may only be granted under specific conditions outlined
below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• If the project has not yet started and you request a refund within 48 hours of purchase.
• If Moodgrafix is unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances.
• If the final design does not meet the agreed-upon scope, and reasonable attempts to
  resolve the issue have failed.

3. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• If the project has been completed and delivered.
• If the client approves the design and receives final files.
• If delays are caused due to incomplete or unclear client input.
• If the refund request is made after 30 days from the project initiation date.

4. Revision Policy
Moodgrafix offers revision rounds as part of our design process to ensure customer satisfaction.
If the initial design does not meet expectations, clients may request modifications as per the agreed-upon revision limits.

5. Order Cancellations

• If a client wishes to cancel a project before work has begun, a full refund may be issued.
• If work has started but is incomplete, a partial refund may be considered based on the
  work completed.
• No refunds will be granted for completed and approved projects.
